Our Team - Sennetta Dzamefe

Sennetta Dzamefe is a pupil at n. dowuona & company. Her areas of focus are corporate and commercial, intellectual property, hospitality, technology, tax and dispute resolution.

Her recent work with the firm includes reviewing tax and employment regulatory laws, advising a leading hospitality company in Ghana on corporate governance and participating in due diligence processes on a significant acquisition transaction. She also advised a multinational technology conglomerate on the housing of communication technology in Ghana and participates in various dispute resolution transactions.

Sennetta has a Law degree from the University of Ghana (LLB) and a Barrister-at-Law(BL) from the Ghana School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
